Facilities
Total area of Laboratory for Nanotechnology (LNT) is about 1000 sq. meters includes:
  • 200 sq. meter of clean room,
  • 23 sq. meter of material structure & property analysis room,
  • 23 sq. meter of characterization & nano manipulation room,
  • 44 sq. meter of organic synthesis room.
Clean room
Consisting of 200 square meter total area, LNT Cleanroom was divided into 5 main modules with different clean levels as below:
