a) For invited speakers and international participants:

- All invited speakers and international participants are welcomed at Tan Son Nhat Airport-Ho Chi Minh City on November 09th 2011. After that we'll take all of you from the Airport to visit Laboratory for Nanotechnology (LNT) and Campus of Viet Nam National University - Ho Chi Minh City (VNU - HCM) for a visit and then go to Vung Tau City (Conference venue).

 - In case you can’t come on those departure times, please inform us so that we can arrange support.

- All invited speakers and international participants are recommended to provide us the following information: flight number, start time, arrival time... so that we can arrange suitable welcomes.

b) For domestic participants:

- We arrange cars to carry all participants from Ho Chi Minh City to Vung Tau city. The buses collect the participants at the Southern Office of Ministry of Education and Training, 03 Cong Truong Quoc Te Street, Ho Chi Minh city (Ho con rua Square). The buses leave at 13h00 and take you to our Laboratory for Nanotechnology (LNT) and Campus of Vietnam National University-Ho Chi Minh City (VNU-HCM) for a visit. At 15h30, the buses leave LNT for Vung Tau City (Conference venue).

c) For participants travelling freely:

- From the Tan Son Nhat airport-Ho Chi Minh city you can take taxi to go to Bach Dang Wharf (Address: No. 1A Ham Nghi, District I), which takes 30 to 45 minutes. From there, you continue to take the hydrofoil to go to Cau Da Wharf- Vung tau City (Conference venue), which takes 1h20’.

- Interval between successive hydrofoil is 30 minutes. The hydrofoil is available from 6:30 till 16:30.

*) All participants are invited to the Welcome Party at REX hotel in Vung Tau City(Conference venue) at 19h00 on November 9th 2011.

The location of the Third International Workshop on Nanotechnology and Application IWNA 2011 will be held in Vung Tau City, Vietnam. Vung Tau is located 125 km from Ho Chi Minh City, and is one of the most beautiful resort towns in the south of Vietnam. Vung Tau City belongs Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, and is the biggest petroleum center in Vietnam. However, Vung Tau is even more interesting for its extensive beaches. For example, tourists always prefer sightseeing at Front Beach (Bai Truoc) then go for swimming in Back Beach (Bai Sau). Back Beach is well-known for it’s over 10 km of fine sand seaside. Vung Tau also offers to the tourist one of the most well known golf courses in Vietnam. From Ho Chi Minh City, it takes about two hours to reach Vung Tau by road (51A Expressway) or about one hour by hydrofoil express ferry.
