Papers presenting conventional and innovation techniques for nanofabrication of materials and devices are in invited. Focused techniques are, but not limited to, Nanolithography, Nanoimprinting, Edge lithography, Focused Ion Beam Etching (IBE), Self Assembly, Nanothinfilm, and packaging etc...
3. Nanomaterials, Nanodevices and Nanomedicine
Papers of this section are devoted for all kind of nanomaterial and nanodevices, including carbon nanotube, nanowires, nanomagnetics, nanochannels, nanomechanics, nanocantilevers, nanomembranes, and nanoelectronics etc. Special attention is given for nanodevices for biomedical and healthcare applications. A nanomedicine section will be arranged to present state- of- the art research on nanosensors for highly sensitive and selective detection of biological species (biomarkers) for early disease diagnosing and new materials and devices for drug delivery to effectively enhance a treatment of medicines.
4. Applications of Micro-Nanotechnology
Papers presenting the applications of nanodevices are arranged in this sector. Special attention is given for application of nanodevices for Healthcare, RFID, Inkjet printing process, Thin film or even emerging solar cell technologies etc...
