GENERAL INFORMATION FOR REGISTRATION

All participants should download the “Registration Form for IWNA 2015” and fill all the information to the proper box. Then, send the “Registration Form for IWNA 2015” to the Workshop Secretary by fax: +84-08-37242163) or e-mail: lnt.iwna2015@yahoo.com, iwna2015@vnuhcm.edu.vn, so that we can immediately process your registration.

The registration deadline is October 15, 2015. Participants are encouraged to pay Workshop Fee no later than October 15, 2015 to take advantage of the early-bird discount.

Please note that the fee must be transferred under the registrant's name and must be stated clearly on the receipt.
