Theoretical and Computational Nanoscience  This section offers papers in all aspects of theoretical and computational nanoscience and nanotechnology in physics, chemistry, materials science, engineering, biology and timely state-of-the-art reviews encompassing the fundamental and applied research. Specific attention is focused on developments in both theoretical tools and computational techniques to unveil the origin of complex quantum phenomena and deep understanding of the behaviour of matter at the scale of individual atoms and molecules for providing a crucial step towards future applications of nanotechnology.  1 2. Nanofabrication Techniques Papers presenting conventional and innovative techniques for nanofabrication of materials and devices are invited. Focused techniques are (but not limited to) nanolithography, nanoimprinting, inkjet printing, edge lithography, focused ion beam etching, self-assembly, nano thin film, packaging, etc...  1 3. Nanomaterials, Nanodevices and Nanomedicine Papers are devoted for all kinds of nanomaterials and nanodevices, including carbon nanotube, nanowires, nanomagnetics, nanochannels, nanomechanics, nanocantilevers, nanomembranes, etc. Special attention is given for nanodevices used in biomedical and healthcare applications. Nanomedicine section is arranged to present state-of-the-art research on novel materials and devices for drug delivery to enhance effectively treatment of medicines.  1  4. Applications of Micro-Nanotechnology Papers involve the applications of nanomaterials and nanodevices. Special attention is given for applications in healthcare, RFID, inkjet printing, thin film or emerging solar cell technologies etc.... Publication Papers presented at the Workshop will be printed in a Proceeding and a CD. The proceedings and CD will be provided to the attendants at the Workshop. Selected papers will be refereed for publication in the International Journal of Nanotechnology of the Inderscience Publisher (Switzerland) (IF 2010 = 1.335) and in the electronic journal Advances in Natural Sciences: Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (ANSN) jointly published by IOP Publishing (UK) and the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (VAST).       Next> End>>
